    • Techniques and circuitry are disclosed for efficiently implementing programmable memory array circuit architectures, including both non- volatile and volatile memories. The memory circuitry employs an antifuse scheme that includes an array of IT bitcells, wherein each bitcell effectively contains one gate or transistor-like device that provides both an antifuse element and a selector device for that bitcell. In particular, the bitcell device has asymmetric trench-based source/drain contacts such that one contact forms a capacitor in conjunction with the spacer and gate metal, and the other contact forms a diode in conjunction with a doped diffusion area and the gate metal. The capacitor serves as the antifuse element of the bitcell, and can be programmed by breaking down the spacer. The diode effectively provides a Schottky junction that serves as a selector device which can eliminate program and read disturbs from bitcells sharing the same bitline/wordline.

    • Techniques are disclosed for enhancing performance of integrated or on-chip inductors by implementing a schema of conductive metal dummies in the design thereof. In some cases, a metal dummy schema may be disposed in a layer proximate an upper surface of the inductor. The techniques may be implemented to improve overall inductor performance while enabling area scaling effects such as shrinking of inductor-to-inductor spacing on a die and/or increasing the quantity of inductors that may be manufactured on a die. In some cases, conductive metal dummies may be disposed in a region of minimal or non-peak magnetic field relative to the inductor, orthogonal to current flow in the inductor, and/or so as to minimize their occupation of the overall area of the inductor. The techniques may be implemented in analog circuits such as inductor-capacitor phase-locked loops (LC-PLLs), high-volume architectures, processor microarchitectures, applications involving stringent jitter requirements, microprocessor clocking, and wireless communication systems.

    • Techniques are disclosed for a content-based navigation and launching for portable computing devices such as PDAs and smart phones. A content navigator and launcher allows a user to personalize content groupings. The techniques can run on top of any OS file system that has a mechanism to associate files with their creating applications. Personalization of the content-based navigation and launching scheme can be set-up on the user's work station, and then transmitted and synchronized with a target mobile device. A central server can be used to carry out content harvesting and/or configuring the personalization scheme. The content and/or personalization scheme can then be pushed on to the mobile device (e.g., via a GSM network or other suitable communication link). APIs can be used by application vendors to register the content types of their own choice. A preferences utility allows users to manage the content types and associations.

    • A polymer composition containing components A and B provides a crosslinked network to form an elastomeric film. Component A comprises A1 a high molecular weight polymer containing units having carboxyl and/or hyroxyl groups, and A2 a relatively low molecular weight coreactant polyelectrolyte containing units having carboxyl and/or hydroxyl groups. Component B comprises a polyfunctional crosslinking agent capable of crosslinking with carboxyl and/or hydroxyl groups at ambient temperatures or higher.
