摘要： A selective mid-distillate hydrotreating process is provided for production of hydrocarbon fuels with an ultra-low level of sulfur in which the initial hydrocarbon feedstock is introduced into to an aromatic extraction zone to produce an aromatic-lean fraction and an aromatic-rich fraction, which contain different classes of organosulfur compounds having different reactivities when subjected to hydrotreating reactions. The aromatic-lean fraction contains primarily labile heteroatom-containing compounds, and is passed to a first hydrotreating zone operating under mild conditions to remove the sulfur heteroatom from organosulfur hydrocarbon compounds. The aromatic-rich fraction contains primarily refractory heteroatom-containing compounds, including aromatic molecules such as certain benzothiophenes (e.g., long chain alkylated benzothiophenes), dibenzothiophene and alkyl derivatives, such as sterically hindered 4,6- dimethyldibenzothiophene, and is passed to a hydrotreating zone operating under relatively severe conditions to remove the heteroatom from sterically hindered refractory compounds.

摘要： The present invention relates to an integrated fluid bed catalytic cracking process (FCC) which allows the production of high-quality hydrocarbon mixtures as fuel. In particular the invention relates to an integrated process comprising a fluid bed catalytic cracking stage in which hydrocarbon cuts of a petroliferous origin are converted, in the presence of a catalyst, with at least two components containing ERS-10 zeolite, into mixtures with a high content of light cycle oil (LCO) having a high quality in terms of density and nature of the aromatic compounds contained therein. After a separation stage and a hydrotreatment stage, the LCO cut is subjected to an upgrading stage by treatment with hydrogen and with a catalyst comprising one or more metals selected from Pt, Pd, Ir, Ru, Rh and Re and a silico-aluminate of an acid nature.

摘要： An aromatics hydrogenation catalyst composition which comprises a noble metal component and a support comprising zirconia, silica, and, optionally, alumina. The catalyst composition is manufactured by co-mulling silica, a zirconium compound, and, optionally, alumina to form a mixture that is formed into a shape, such as by extrusion to form an extrudate, with the shape being calcined and noble metal being incorporated into the shape. The catalyst composition may be used in the saturation of aromatic compounds.
