Dazu wird eine Zentrifugenvorrichtung mit einer Antriebswelle (16) , einer an der Antriebswelle angeschlossene Trommel (10) , einem innerhalb der Trommel (10) angeordneten Filter (14), der einen Arbeitsraum (40) umschließt, einer eine Stirnseite des Arbeitsraums (40) bildenden Stauscheibe (22) , die auf einer Stauscheibenwelle (24) gelagert ist, wobei die Stauscheibe (22) und die Trommel (10) zueinander axial verschiebbar sind, einem Füllelement (19) zum Einfügen einer Suspension in den Arbeitsraum (40) und mit einem die Trommel (10) und den Filter (14) umgegebenen Zentrifugengehäuse vorgesehen. Des weiteren sind verschiedene Vorrichtungen zur Prozessanalyse, insbesondere in den Arbeitsraum (40) eingeführte Rohre (30, 31) mit Überwachungs- und Messeinrichtungen, sowie in der Stauscheibe (22) vorgesehene Fenster (102) mit zugehörigen Fensterkanälen (100) bereitgestellt.
