    • The invention concerns a bio-grinding machine for the treatment and separate collection of organic refuse with airtight rubbish bag and automatic shoot washing and disinfecting system. The invention consists of a machine that grinds and collects organic refuse without any leaking of collected refuse into the environment and with the application of eco-compatible technology in all grinding, collection and cleaning phases as well as for the depositing of the treated refuse into public refuse collection systems. For particular needs using specific configurations the machine can also be adapted to non organic refuse. The machine which is the object of this invention is a bio-grinding unit for the treatment and separate collection of organic refuse with airtight rubbish bag and automatic shoot washing and disinfecting system. It grinds and collects organic refuse without any leaking of collected refuse into the environment and with the application of eco-compatible technology in all grinding, collection and cleaning phases as well as for the depositing of the treated refuse into public refuse collection systems. A configuration of the present invention, although by no means the only one, could be constituted by a simple metal structure of small dimensions, a charging hopper, a motor, an assembly of grinders made up of fades and propellers, a washing and sterilising assembly with a switch valve whose water dispensing system is connected to the user's plumbing system which washes and sanitizes the grinding unit after use, a collection assembly with a biodegradable rubbish bag and an electronic control board. The selection system for the flow of material into the grinder allows for the depositing of refuse into the rubbish bag with the valve in the open position, while in its closed position access to the rubbish bag is closed and thus only the waste water from the water dispensing system connected to the user's plumbing system is carried away by the user's drainage system. The system is completely mechanical, thus allowing for high performance and low power absorbtion.
