The portable fishing rod supporter can be fixed at the lower side or the side of angler's jacket, in a claming fashion, such that it can support a fishing rod inserted to a ring attached thereto, thereby enabling both hands of a angler to be free or enabling the angler to efficiently work, while the angler fishes on an estuary area. The portable fishing rod supporter comprises a clamper-type body (30) and a supporting ring (40).
