摘要： Therapy methods using pulsed cavitational ultrasound therapy can include the subprocesses of initiation, maintenance, therapy, and feedback of the histotripsy process, which involves the creation and maintenance of ensembles of microbubbles and the use of feedback in order to optimize the process based on observed spatial-temporal bubble cloud dynamics. The methods provide for the subdivision or erosion of tissue, liquification of tissue, and/or the enhanced delivery of therapeutic agents. Various feedback mechanisms allow variation of ultrasound parameters and provide control over the pulsed cavitational process, permitting the process to be tuned for a number of applications. Such applications can include specific tissue erosion, bulk tissue homogenization, and delivery of therapeutic agents across barriers.

摘要： The present invention relates to a vortex bubble-lustrating and cooling system for the electromagnetic shock wave generator in the lithocenosis. The vortex bubble-lustrating and cooling system comprises a water-full cystiform container, a metal diaphragm installed inside the chamber body of the cystiform container and a coil which is installed at the backside of the metal diaphragm. There is at least one first water spray nozzle at the side of the chamber body, there is a water suction nozzle at the center of the chamber body, the first water spray nozzle and the water suction nozzle form the vortex-generating apparatus. The vortex generated inside the chamber body will scour the surface of metal diaphragm continually so as to carry off the heating and lustrate the bubble, this will make the metal diaphragm lie in good working condition and greatly increase the working life of the metal diaphragm and the coil.

In one of the variants the concave surface (4) faces the laser (1), whereas the convex surface (5) is provided with a coating reflecting the laser radiation. In another embodiment it is the convex surface (5) that faces the laser (1).

摘要： A conical sector shock tube (202) generates a sector of a classical diverging spherical shock wave which emanates radially from an effective point source in a non-focusing but highly directional manner. A compression front (208) having a radius of curvature equal to its separation from the apex of the sector shock tube defines the leading edge of a ''cap shock'' (306) of accurately controllable and predictable intensity. A trailing rarefaction front (314) of the cap shock (306) is defined by the diffraction caused by the rim (312) of the sector shock tube (202). The rarefaction front (314) progressively erodes the cap shock (306) as it is projected toward the target calculus (128), defining the width and duration of the propagating cap shock (306). The cap shock (306) uniformly pulverizes the target calculus (128) in a comparatively small quantity of shock wave applications, as compared with the larger (two orders of magnitude greater) number of shots employed in known ellipsoidal focused shock wave methods.
