    • A system for turning a swivel or swivels aboard a vessel for oil extraction at sea, consisting of a stationary swivel part connected to a rotary drilling rig on a vessel, and one or more rotating parts connected to the vessel. The rotating swivel parts are connected to a torsionally rigid frame structure (8) via a drive mechanism which transmits the rotary motion between the vessel and the swivel without angular displacement or significant reactive forces in the frame structure (8). The vertical frame structure (8) consists of four walls where one of the walls forms a gate (20) for the insertion and removal of a whole swivel or parts of a swivel. The frame structure (8) is attached to an overhead frame (7) which extends over the whole diameter of the rotary drilling rig and is secured to the hull of the vessel.

    • A tubular member having integral exterior protrusions is manufactured by providing a hollow element, for example by extrusion, having therein an axially extending interior defined by a surrounding wall having a thickness varying circumferentially. Such hollow element is positioned within a die that has therein lateral voids. The hollow element within the die is subjected, at the interior thereof, to an axially sequential deformation, for example by sequential penetration through the interior by a mandrel. This results in a non-elastic flow of the material of a thicker portion of the wall in lateral directions thereof into the voids in the die. This results in the hollow element being formed into a tubular member having on the exterior thereof solid protrusions.

    • Method for production of a crosslinked, foamed vinyl chloride containing polymer. A copolymer is produced where vinyl chloride and a glycidyl (epoxy) containing monomer and eventually another monomer are used in the polymerisation. A blowing agent is added to the polymer where the decomposition products of the blowing agent or the decomposition products of the reaction products from the blowing agent are chemically reactive with the epoxy groups or their reaction products. Crosslinking is formed when the blowing agent or the reaction product of the blowing agent is decomposed. There is preferably used a monomer composition with 30-99.95 % vinyl chloride. The glycidyl containing monomer preferably is an acrylate, methacrylate or buthylacrylate compound added in an amount of 0,05-30 %. Blowing agents with for example ammonia, cyanic acid or isocyanic acid as decomposition product can be used. A preferred blowing agent is unmodified or modified azodicarbonamide.
