摘要： The invention relates to a connection between a support (3), especially a body part of a motor vehicle, and a plate element, especially a door covering. The connection comprises an upper part (1) which can be fastened onto the plate element via a fastening area (5) and a contact area (6) for a holding part (2). Said holding part can be connected to the support (3), whereby the contact area (6) of the upper part (1) is comprised of two stacked recesses (8, 9) which are separated by means of a cross bar (10). Then the person's thumb which grasps an end of the cover member is moved to release the cover member which then snaps into position to cover the opening and become bonded to the surface (42) of the wood structure.

摘要： The present invention provides method and apparatus for adapting standard threaded fasteners for use with standard stud fasteners. An adapter (70) has an internal bore identical with that of a standard threaded fastener for mating with the external thread of the stud (40) to be tensioned. An external thread on the adapter concentrically disposed about the internal thread engages the internal threads of a slotted nut (50) that will be tightly fastened to the stud as a result of the tensioning process. Slots on the top of the nut are formed to engage with the turning wrench (132) of the tensioner. The adapter has a central threaded bore on the top surface which is adapted to threadably engage the puller bar (90) of a tensioning apparatus. Installation of the adapter and mating slotted nut on the end of a stud enables the puller bar of a stud tensioner to engage the assembly.
