    • A self-grooming tool for mammals consists of a quadrilateral pad which has a front face having a plurality of teeth extending therefrom, a rear face and opposed peripheral end and side walls, the opposed peripheral walls having complementary configurations. A recess in the rear face defines two planar areas, the pad being foldable about the recess between a flat position and a folded position. One each of the peripheral end and side walls have laterally projecting flanges, the underside of each flange being co-planar with the rear face of the pad and the flanges having a thickness which is less than about one-half the thickness of the pad. The other of each of the peripheral end and side walls have lengthwise extending undercuts formed therein, having the same shape and dimensions as the flanges, and communicating with the rear face of the pad.

    • The disclosure pertains to a method of constructing structures and the resulting structures with SIP technology but with additional building components that create very strong buildings, including the ability to withstand high winds. The disclosure includes the option of constructing vertical concrete columns and horizontal concrete beams within the joined panel walls. This results in combining structural insulated panel technology with insulated concrete form technology. The disclosure also teaches use of compression fasteners that extend through both layers of the panel skin to achieve a mechanical attachment of the panel skins and not relying totally on the adhesive bond found on the typical SIP thus creating a "true" box beam effect of the panel itself. The fasteners have large chambered heads. These fasteners can be used at the junction of abutting panels. The panels are block lap cut and the fastener extends through both block extensions.

    • A drywall trim application device that can hold a large role of drywall flex corner trim material and, as the material is being dispensed, pre-crease or form the material for use on an inside or outside corner, or any angle within the range of the trim material, apply a mastic material (drywall mud, adhesive or any other bonding medium) to the flex trim material, and cut the material at any desired length automatically. Measurements may be either input by hand or down loaded from an electronic measurement tool into this device. This invention can generally store multiple measurements such as length and angles, measure the length of flex trim material as it is dispensed from the device, crease the material, apply predetermined amount of mastic, and automatically cut the flex trim material to each length previously input.
