A request to establish communications is received at a first Protection Against Unsolicited Communications in Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem (PUC) server. The PUC server determines whether to block the communication. If the communication is blocked, the sender is informed and a record of the blocked communication may be stored. Alternatively, the communication may be delivered to a subsequent PUC server (along with appended information about the sender), the receiver or sent to storage.

摘要： Mobile IP (MIP) protocol may be used to transfer a communication flow between nodes. An indication to transfer the communication flow is received at a first node, and the first node sends a communication flow transfer request via mobile internet protocol. The request is received by a network device. The network device forwards the request for delivery to the second node. The network device receives a response to the request originated from the second node via mobile internet protocol, and instructs a correspondence node to transfer the communication flow to the second node. Upon receiving a response indicating that the communication flow transfer request has been accepted, the first node terminates the communication flow at the first node. The second node resumes the transferred communication flow.

摘要： A method and apparatus for machine type communication (MTC) preregistration are provided. The methods provide single or periodic preregistrations and may be machine to machine (M2M) application function (AF) or device (MTC user equipment based). The devices in the system may be divided into groups and accessed by on a group Internet Protocol (IP) address. Two wake up cycles may be provided, one for control and one for uploading information (a reporting cycle). During the control cycle, the devices may wake up and listen to the control channel for any paging messages. Depending on the paging information, individual devices or the entire group may access the system. In the reporting cycle, all the devices may wake up and access the system to connect to the M2M system to upload data.
