    • The present invention provides an apparatus and method for downstream reactive radical generation from non-­condensable gas plasma and its downstream interaction with a variety of chemical precursors for thin film processing. Plasma may be generated by either RF or microwave power source or a high energy UV light source may be suitably employed to ionize the non-condensable gas. Highly energetic ions and electrons are filtered from the plasma of a non-condensable gas through an in-line ion filter. The resultant radical rich flow is mixed with downstream flow of a reactive gas that may be condensable. The upstream non-condensable gas flow, plasma power and the downstream reactive gas flow all can be pulsed synchronously or all maintained constant or some of these factors may be varied in magnitude with respect to time. Thus, a variety of combinations of operational parameters of the radical generator can be practiced. Thus, either a constant or time variant flow of highly reactive radicals with well defined chemical configuration and predictable reaction pathways is obtained that can be injected on the substrate surface mounted underneath to achieve low temperature, high rate and iondamage free processing.

With respect to a destination node located in a second autonomous system, a plurality of edge nodes in the first autonomous system each operate to detect route performance in real-time and send the detected information to a control center for evaluation. The evaluation results are compared and used to select an optimal edge node and an associated link for transporting data between the source node and the destination node. To switch from a first edge node to a second one, the IP address of the source node contained in the data packets are converted from an address assigned to the first edge node to an address assigned to the second edge node.

    • The present disclosure provides a method in a Time Divisional Duplex (TDD) radio transceiver for correcting receiving In-phase and Quadrature (IQ) impairment. The method comprises subtracting a first set of I and Q components of a first signal from a second set of I and Q components of a second signal to obtain a third set of I and Q components. The first signal is received from a Transmitter Observation Receiver (TOR) path of the radio transceiver when a calibration signal is transmitted from a transmit path of the radio transceiver. The second signal is leaked from a receive path of the radio transceiver when the calibration signal is transmitted from the transmit path of the radio transceiver. The method further comprises determining calibration coefficients that cause a difference between a fourth set of I and Q components and a set of I and Q components of the calibration signal to be less than a difference between the third set of I and Q components and the set of I and Q components of the calibration signal, wherein the calibration coefficients are applied to the third set of I and Q components to obtain the fourth set of I and Q components. The receiving IQ impairment is corrected by applying the calibration coefficients to I and Q components of a radio signal received at the radio transceiver. The present disclosure also provides a TDD radio transceiver for correcting receiving IQ impairment.
