    • The present invention relates to a hydro and wind power generator, in which water flowing along a pipe and the blades of a water turbine are in mutual contact such that the width of the pipe at the contact point is narrowed to enable the water to flow faster, and in which the height of the water turbine is adjusted in accordance with the velocity and the amount of the flowing water to adequately adjust the amount of electricity generated. The hydro and wind power generator comprises: a drain pipe for power generation, which is installed between general fluid pipes, and which is formed into an arc shape, the middle portion of which is rounded to a predetermined curvature relative to the ground, or in the interior of which a rounded arc-shaped support is embedded; a support for power generation, which is installed at one side of an outer surface of the drain pipe for power generation so as to support power-generating equipment; a motor for power generation, which is installed on the support for power generation to generate power; a motor case which supports and protects the motor for power generation, and which is installed on the support for power generation; upward and downward moving means serving as driving means for moving the motor for power generation in the upward and downward directions, wherein the upward and downward moving means lowers or lifts the motor for power generation; and a plurality of blades for power generation which are connected to the motor for power generation, are arranged in a radial direction, and rotate, wherein each of the blades has an end which contacts the water flowing along the inside of the drain pipe for power generation such that the blades rotate by means of the power derived from the energy of the flowing water.
