    • The present invention relates to a safe fire escape system for a high-rise building. To achieve the above objective, a safe fire escape system for a high-rise building according to the present invention comprises: a fire escape space section that is in a three-dimensional shape and has one side open that faces the inside of a balcony; a fall prevention and emergency escape means formed having 2 grill-shaped frames overlapping each other and 2 or more foot supporting means in a folded state between the 2 frames, which are raised at a side of the fire escape space section so as to prevent falling accidents during times when there is no fire, and when a fire breaks out, the gap between the two frames being widened on account of the frames being rotated on an axis by axial rotating means toward the floor below and the foot supporting means folded between the 2 frames being unfolded to form emergency stairs for escaping the fire; side opening/closing means for opening and closing the side of the fire escape space section facing the fall prevention and emergency escape means; upper portion opening/closing means for opening and closing the upper portion of the fire escape space section; and locking means for holding and fixing the fall prevention and emergency escape means on the side of the fire escape space section when there is no fire so that the fall prevention and emergency escape means does not axially rotate toward the floor below, and being unlocked when a fire breaks out so that the fall prevention and emergency escape means axially rotates toward the floor below.

    • A visually aided fire protection system is disclosed. The visually aided fire protection system comprises a plurality of interconnected LED lights arranged to indicate the direction of movement in the event of emergency hazardous situation. The visually aided fire protection system includes a strip housing a plurality of interconnected LED lights, extending in an exit direction. A 16 AWG 12 feet cable wire is connected to the strip of interconnected LED lights built to lite up in sequence when a fire alarm is activated. In use, the visually aided fire protection system is operative to safely evacuate the occupants from a given area in the event of such hazardous condition by providing a signaling and evacuation control system operative to direct the evacuation of occupants through appropriate exit routes.

    • The automated window breaking system comprises a window breaking control unit (100) connected to an in-vehicle network (200), a control unit for an engine (500) and a control unit for a brake (300). The window breaking control unit comprises a detection unit (10) and a controller (20). The controller is used to process data received from a detection unit and to determine whether the initiation conditions for breakage have been met. When the controller reaches a decision that breakage needs to be initiated, if the vehicle speed detected is greater than a pre-defined value, the braking device in the control unit for the engine (500) will be activated to slow down the vehicle to a speed which is below the pre-defined value, before an execution order to initiate breakage is then sent by the controller to the breaker control unit (30).
