摘要： The present invention provides a pro-inflammatory synthetic polysaccharide antigen (SPA) , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, comprising a TLR2 -targeting synthetic peptidoglycan (PGN) moiety onto which a first epitope and a second epitope are each covalently attached. The first epitope comprises one or more than one generic T helper peptide sequence, and the second epitope comprises one or more than one target epitope. The first and second epitopes are present in one or more copies each within the SPA. Each target epitope is a peptide sequence or a carbohydrate moiety, and is an immunogen to CD8+ T cells or B cells. The present invention also provides a suppressive synthetic polysaccharide antigen (SPA), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, comprising a TLR2-targeting synthetic peptidoglycan (PGN) moiety onto which one or more than one target epitope is covalently attached. 摘要： The invention provides HCV fusion polypeptides including truncated or full- length HCV NS5 polypeptides, and a portion of the HCV NS2 polypeptide, fused to at least one other HCV epitope derived from another region of the HCV polyprotein. The fusions can be used in methods of stimulating an immune response to HCV, for example a cellular immune response to HCV, such as activating hepatitis C virus (HCV)-specific T cells, including CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. The method can be used in model systems to develop HCV-specific immunogenic compositions, as well as to immunize against HCV.

摘要： Disclosed are recombinant multiple epitope polypeptides (MEPs) consisting of T cell epitopes derived from tumor-associated antigens capable of being presented by an antigen presenting cell (APC), the recombinant nucleic acid sequences and expression vectors encoding them, and host cells transfected with said expression vectors. Further described are LTB-MEP fusion proteins comprising the E. Coli heat labile enterotoxin subunit B (LTB) peptide fused to a MEP by a synthetic linker, the recombinant nucleic acid sequences and expression vectors encoding them and host cell transfected with said expression vectors. Further included are compositions for inducing an immune response against malignancies, pharmaceutical compositions and a transdermal drug delivery system for the treatment of malignant disorders. Also disclosed are methods for conferring immunity against malignancies and for the treatment of malignant disorders.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for obtaining high cross reactivity antigenic structures that are capable of enhancing an immune response to peptidic antigens administered systemically and/or mucosally and to the chemical structures obtained with said method and the formulations obtained from said structures and their utilization. The method describes the obtention of new dendrimeric structures from the selection and synthesis of dendrimers that are subsequently coupled to carrier molecules. The resulting structures can be used conveniently adjuvated or in a formulation in which several antigens of this type can be introduced, a synergistic effect taking place between these components in relation to the cross reactivity and the immunogenicity of the response obtained. The preparation may also contain stabilizers and preserving agents. The resulting antigenic structures can be used in the pharmaceutical industry as vaccine formulations for human and veterinary use and as part of diagnostic systems.
