摘要： Disclosed is a method for transmitting a cell ID of a specific type as physical layer ID information in addition to existing cell ID information. To this end, a method for increasing the number of cell IDs used in transmission of existing cell ID information in a synchronization channel can be employed, and a part of existing cell IDs can be set to be used for the transmission of additional specific type cell ID information. More specifically, in a case of increasing the number of cell IDs, a method for increasing the number of cell ID groups associated with a sub-synchronization channel without ambiguity problems and collision problems, a method for adding the number of cell IDs associated with a main synchronization channel in such a manner so as to satisfy characteristics of complex symmetry, a method for transmitting information using a transmission timing relationship of a main synchronization code and a sub synchronization code, and a method for transforming a scrambling scheme can be used. Further, in a case of reserving a part of existing cell IDs, characteristics of complex symmetry are considered in relation to a main synchronization channel, and ambiguity and collision problems are considered in relation to a sub-synchronization channel.

摘要： Disclosed are methods for generating/transmitting a transmission-unit symbol sequence. One of the methods' steps are (in the case of transmission information): the information is modulated in time and frequency domains on the basis of a predetermined transmission unit, simultaneous transmission of the information is made, and then a transmission unit symbol is generated/transmitted. A transmission sequence is masked in each symbol contained in one transmission unit. Symbol-unit circular shift (cyclic shift) is applied to the masked result, so that transmission efficiency increases. Control signal generation and transmission methods for supporting a variety of formats and a signal transmission method based on a prime-length sequence are also provided.

摘要： The disclosed method for transmitting a synchronization channel in one embodiment of this invention comprises the steps of: applying a cyclic shift to the sequences of the synchronization channel based on a shift value which is allocated for each antenna in a terminal in advance, and transmitting, from a base station to the terminal, the sequences to which the cyclic shift is applied. A space-frequency block code and a space-time block code (SFBC/STBC) are applied to a broadcast channel. The disclosed method enables synchronization regardless of the number of antennas used in the transmission in a base station while performing time/frequency synchronization in the synchronization channel, and is able to estimate a channel for each antenna. Therefore, transmission method for a BCH/control channel/data channel can be diversified to improve performance.

摘要： A method for communicating with a relay station is disclosed. The method for communicating with a relay station comprises transmitting resource allocation information of downlink traffic and uplink traffic from a base station to the relay; and transmitting the downlink traffic to the relay by encapsulating the downlink traffic in accordance with the resource allocation information and receiving encapsulated uplink traffic from the relay in accordance with the resource allocation information. It is possible to enable efficient communication through a relay using a minimum interface without deterioration of throughput even in the case that a base station does not know detailed attributes of a relay existing in a system. Also, it is possible to coordinate collision through a master relay in case of a system supporting multi-hop relays.
