摘要： Leases and other types of agreements may be evaluated based on factors including time to delivery, cost of the agreement and/or quality of agreement. According to one or more aspects, the quality of an agreement may be judged based on the rights and/or provisions obtained in the lease. In one example, points may be awarded for each category (e.g., time, cost and/or quality) based on goals that are met. The points may be totaled and combined to form a composite lease quality score or index. A commission for a partner entity procuring the lease may be determined based on the composite lease quality score or index. For example, if the lease quality index is in a median range, the standard or average commission may be awarded. However, if the lease quality index is at least one standard deviation greater than the median, a higher commission may be awarded.

摘要： Loan requests may be automatically processed for approval and fulfillment by a distributed processing system. The processing system receives loan requests and determines whether the loan should be approved and, if needed, request supplemental loan information from vendor systems. The processing system may further perform due diligence, generate closing documents and board loans. Exceptions may be detected and handled manually if necessary; once work on exceptions are complete, the remainder of loan processing may be completed automatically. In some configurations, a loan request or tasks thereof may be transferred from a processing system at a first processing center to a second processing center to continue processing in response to a predefined event. The first and second processing centers may be located in different time zones. Additionally, the processing system may provide a simulation environment for evaluating process models prior to implementation in a live processing environment.

The message system may use a messaging architecture that includes a domain message model, and open message model and a wire format. The wire format may implement primitive data types that may be used by the open message model to define additional and/or more complex data formats. The open message model may further specify interaction paradigms, generic messages, and message and transport attributes. The generic messages may include payload data whose meaning and context may be defined using the domain message model. The domain message model may include a content definition model and an item type model for building data and object types and specifying data context and relationships. As such, the message system may use generic messages and formats to create different message and item types.
