The device according to the invention is characterized in that the flushing device (7) of the pressure pipeline (2) possesses a horizontal pipe storage tank (6) of compressed air, whose beginning is found in the immediate vicinity of the pumping device (3), and its end is in the immediate vicinity of the place where compressed air is supplied to the pressure pipeline (2).
