The system has a main water faucet (128) for introducing water into the upper end of the enclosure, a drain (172) for removing liquid from the enclosure, a first engine (214) for pumping liquid through the liquid dispensing tubes into the enclosure, a second engine (212) for moving the elongated cleaning brushes over a top surface of the base, and a control system (210) for operating the human washing system.
