摘要： This invention is a wrapper type binder, which has not only the conventional fastener that binds the punched papers, but also cover attaching elements that attaches the front cover to the back cover, such that the binder may be used as a file wrapper or envelope type binder. The binder comprises fastener means including a pair of holes(6) formed on an upper portion of the front cover(2) and the back cover(2'), and a pair of pins(6'), inserted into the holes(6), for fixing punched papers; first cover attaching means including a projection(8) and a groove(8'), both of which are firmly associated with each other, each of the projection(8) and the groove(8') being respectively located on the front cover(2) and the back cover(2'), at a side portion where the front and back covers are not connected to each other; and second cover attaching means including a projection(8) and a groove(8'), both of which are firmly associated with each other, each of the projection(8) and the groove(8') being respectively located on a bottom portion of the front cover(2) and the back cover(2').
