摘要： Injection molding methods at low, substantially constant melt pressures in particular a method comprising: (a) filling with a shot comprising a molten thermoplastic material an unpressurized mold cavity of a molding apparatus, the shot comprising the molten material having a melt pressure that, upon injection into the mold cavity, exceeds a pre-injection pressure of the shot comprising the molten material; and, (b) while filling substantially the entire mold cavity with the shot comprising the molten material, maintaining the melt pressure substantially constant at less than 6000 psi, wherein: an internal portion of the mold cavity spaced at least 2 mm from a most immediate surface of the mold cavity contacting the shot comprising the molten material is maintained at a temperature of less than about 100[deg.]C, and the thermoplastic material has a melt flow index of 0.1 g/10 min to about 500 g/10 min.

The tampon applicator includes an outer member disposed co-axially with an inner member for insertion of the tampon into the vaginal cavity. The inner member is slidable within the outer member wherein at least 15% of a length of the tampon remains in the outer member when the inner member is fully engaged with the outer member to define a remaining portion of the tampon. The remaining portion of the tampon requires a force of less than about 0.30 N to be removed from the tampon applicator. 摘要： The present invention presents improved packages for single-use, disposable folded towels (105, 205, 305), and more particularly to single- and multi-towel packages which provide for readily grasping a defined portion of the towel upon opening the package and automatic unfolding of the towel upon removal from the package without a separate unfolding step requiring additional consumer action. Single-towel embodiments are disclosed which provide for complete unfolding of the towel by use of: (a) an opening (152, 257) bearing a particular geometrical relationship to the dimensions of the folded towel; or (b) a flexible bar (351, 451) within the package to provide unfolding of the towel in the longitudinal direction. A multi-towel embodiment which provides for the advantageous dispensing features and convenience of an improved single-towel package while providing the added capability of multi-towel transportation is also disclosed. These packages provide for complete containment and protection of the folded towel prior to use, while providing ease of dispensing and unfolding for the consumer at the time of use. Several methods of folding folded towels for use with packages according to the present invention are also disclosed, as well as various methods of fabricating the improved packages according to the present invention.
