摘要： An industrial installation for drying a moist product comprises an enclosure in which a flow of moist product and a flow of drying fluid circulate. The enclosure comprises a lower rigidified caisson (40) which carries the heat-exchangers (14), the fans (18) for circulating the drying fluid, and the framework of an upper part (42) consisting of portion of a cylinder which covers the upper face of the lower caisson (40) and surrounds the conveyors (12) which transport the product to be dried and the heat-exchangers (14).
