摘要： The present invention relates to a method for measuring human intelligence using a neurobiogical model. The invention provides a method which enables neurometric IQ to be measured by processing the MRI and fMRI images of subjects to determine cortical thicknesses and brain activation levels, determining structural IQ (sIQ) and functional IQ (flQ) from the cortical thicknesses and the brain activation levels, and using the structural IQ (sIQ) and the functional IQ (flQ) as predictors to measure the neurometric IQ of the subject. According to the present invention, the concept of a neurometric IQ (nlQ) model is established and can assist in easily assessing individual differences in general cognitive ability. These results suggest that general cognitive ability can be explained by two different neural bases or traits: facilitation of neural circuits and accumulation of crystallized knowledge.

The compression bandage includes a strap that is long enough to be applied around any part of a human body and that exerts elasticity in a longitudinal direction thereof, an annular pinch member that is fixed to one end of the strap so as to allow an intermediate portion of the strap to be temporarily clamped and that allows the intermediate portion of the strap to pass therethrough, and an anchor member that is mounted to the other end of the strap so as to allow the other end of the strap to be clamped without becoming loose after the strap is applied around a wound.
