摘要： Systems and methods for providing connectivity to a wireless network may include a point of sale device at a merchant location that is used to receive an account identifier that in turn is associated with a stored value account of a customer. The account identifier is transmitted along with transaction data to a financial network to permit the stored value account to be processed according to the transaction request. When needing to receive wireless access, a customer using a personal communications device transmits a request to obtain wireless access while he is at the merchant location. An evaluation is performed to confirm that the customer has performed a transaction involving the stored value account within a certain time period. Wireless access to the wireless network is provided if the customer has performed the transaction within the certain time period.

摘要： Content delivered to client device over an Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IMS)-based network is protected through a digital rights management (DRM) scheme that leverages IMS service and access infrastructure, such as the IMS core. After authentication and selection of content to be played for the user, the network identifies a key management system having keys for decrypting the selected content. A bootstrapping service function participates in an application-level authentication of the client device to establish a secure communication channel between the key management system and the client device. The key management system responds to a content key request received from the client device by providing a content key via the secure communication channel. The network can then stream content to the client device, which decrypts it using the content key.

摘要： Systems and methods are disclosed for tracking user access to an advertisement and user transactions with an electronic commerce computer associated with the advertisement. In accordance with one aspect of the disclosed technology, a transaction tracking computer associates an identifier with each access (e.g., click) of an advertisement. Transactions that occur at the electronic commerce computer that are related to the advertisement will be reported to the transaction tracking server together with the identifier. In one embodiment, if the reported transaction is a duplicate of a previously reported transaction, then the reported transaction is determined to be invalid. In one embodiment, if the reported transaction occurs more than a predetermined amount of time after the time the identifier was initially generated, then the reported transaction will also be determined to be invalid.

摘要： A license server and corresponding method are provided for managing the rights of content as it is propagates through a social network. A license server receives a distribution package from a content producer and establishes a plurality of level-licenses, one for each of n allowable levels as defined by the content producer. Level-licenses define level-rights, or access rules, based on alteration definitions and other distribution parameters provided by the content producer for each allowable level. Alteration definitions may identify degradation characteristics or augmentation files for association with the distributed digital content. Content recipients who receive encrypted copies of the distributed digital content may request a license from the license server. Upon authentication, a license and decryption key is sent to a valid content recipient to enable viewing of a form of the digital content in accordance with the level-rights predetermined by the content producer for that level of access.
