摘要： An apparatus for wireless communication, including a memory and at least one processor coupled to the memory. The at least one processor is configured to receive a pre-allocation resource for a target cell via a handover command and transmit a physical layer acknowledgment based on a target cell downlink packet. The at least one processor is also configured to receive an indication for a communication with the target cell in response to the physical layer acknowledgement and access the target cell using the pre-allocated resource based on the indication for the communication with the target cell.

摘要： Increased symbol length of uplink pilot time slots (UpPTS) in special subframes is disclosed in which a configuration of a first special subframe may be independent from configuration of a second special subframe in the same frame, such that the first UpPTS of the first special subframe is longer than the second UpPTS of the second special subframe. The second UpPTS of the second special subframe may also be longer than legacy UpPTS length in select configurations. A serving base station may select the special subframe configurations in order to balance sounding reference signal (SRS) capacity for compatible user equipments (UEs) and downlink throughput for legacy UEs. The selected special subframe configurations may be transmitted by the serving base stations. In additional aspects, compatible UEs may be configured with at least two separate SRS power control parameters for use in the additional and legacy UpPTS symbols.

摘要： Enhancement of long term evolution (LTE) time division duplex (TDD) carrier aggregation for half duplex user equipments (UEs) is discussed. In one aspect of enhanced TDD carrier aggregation, the UE monitoring for a control signal indicating subframe configuration for each TDD cell of an aggregated set of TDD cells in the same band. The UE may determine the downlink subframes and receive downlink transmissions on such subframes based on the control signal. In another aspect, the UE compares the number of scheduled uplink and downlink subframes between the TDD cells in the same band to determine the downlink error-control messaging timing for each cell.

The UE may measure the set of periodic CSI-RSs in the first BWP. The UE may set a beam for communicating with the base station over the first BWP based at least in part on the measuring. The UE may be a reduced bandwidth capability and support communicating with the base station using only one BWP.

A user equipment (UE) in a carrier aggregation configuration may switch transmission of uplink control information (UCI) for a primary cell (PCell) group from a primary physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) initially configured for the PCell group to a secondary PUCCH initially configured for a secondary cell (SCell) group. In some cases, the UE may receive a configuration for the primary PUCCH and then may receive a reconfiguration for the primary PUCCH with an SCell PUCCH parameter or an SCell PUCCH enablement parameter to enable transmitting the UCI for the PCell group in the SCell PUCCH. In some cases, the UE may receive separate configurations for each of the primary PUCCH and the secondary PUCCH, and the UE may determine which PUCCH to use for transmitting the UCI for the PCell group based on activation or deactivation signaling.
