Any antagonist of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and/or OX40L to inhibit tumor development and IL-13 secretion by blocking the upregulation of OX40L by DCs exposed to breast cancer, thereby blocking their capacity to generate inflammatory IL-13 + TNFα + IL-10 neg CD4 + T cells (Th2 cells). 摘要： A pharmaceutical composition comprising a combination of formulations derived from Aloe vera for the treatment of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or HIV infection is described herein. The composition comprises: (i) an injectable sterile polymannan extract, (ii) Raidox (aloe anthraquinones and their diacetyl derivatives), and (iii) a freeze dried aloe vera powder, aloe vera juice, aloe gel or a combination. In addition one or more nutritional supplements comprising fatty acids, proteins, minerals and metals, vitamins, salts, amino acids, and other pharmaceutically acceptable excipients may also be include to counteract the chronic diarrhea, digestive upsets, and weight loss seen in some patients before and during the treatment course. A method for treating the AIDS or HIV infection using the composition of the present invention is also disclosed.

摘要： A system and method for solving a set of optimization problems initializes a current region of optimal solutions for the set of optimization problems, performs a reduction phase, and provides the optimal solutions within the current region. The reduction phase creates a random sample of points within the current region and identifies a subregion of the current region that very likely does not contain any optimal solutions. The identified subregion is then removed from the current region. If the current region does not satisfies one or more convergence criteria, the process loops back to create another random sample of points and repeats the above- described steps. If, however, the current region does satisfy the convergence criteria, the optimal solutions within the current region are provided to the output device.
