    • The present invention concerns the production of a composite anti-slip device to produce an article with shape and geometry designed in order to have a strong grip with slippery surfaces. The composite material is made of GROUND rubber as reinforcement, with particle size spaced between 10 to 900 micrometers, especially between 50 to 700 micrometer and most preferably between 50 to 500 micrometers; the matrix of this composite is made of thermoplastic, elastomeric thermoplastic or silicone. The composite material should possess specific adherence and gas permeability properties, as well as elasticity and tear resistance. The antislip device comprises a membrane gripping element which goes in contact with the slippery surface and an elastic joint. The last one have the specific purpose of gives elasticity to the membrane gripping element, allowing it to adjust to disconnected surfaces. Shape and geometry of the device should be designed in order to maximize adherence with slippery surfaces and to adjust to disconnected surfaces.

    • Improved shoe comprising a natural and recycled rubber external sole (2) on which is situated a recycled cardboard intercalary sole (3) coated with a sheet of latex foam (4) which is covered with a vegetable tanning leather inner sole (5), and having stops and counters (6) made of recycled textile material. The cap or tip is provided with butts or pads (7) made of cotton, optionally in the heel part. The top (9) of the shoe (1) is made of vegetable tanning leather which is similar to the leather lining (8). There are provided paddings (10) obtained from latex foam. The eyelets and hooks are made of metal material which is free of nickel and lead. The laces (12) are made with cotton (80 %) mixed with 20 % of acrylic material; they are terminated with a brass plate tip.
