    • The invention provides a reinforced building element which has a component, such as a panel which has a first surface reinforced by a mesh reinforcing means. The mesh reinforcing means may be metal mesh or woven mesh, such as fibreglass. The mesh reinforcing means may extend substantially over all the first surface or over only part of that surface. The reinforced building element of the invention may be used to construct walls, including cavity walls for external use. The invention also includes a wall made from the reinforced building element of the invention and methods of making the reinforced building element and the wall.
