The dispenser (140) also comprises a movable glue container (141) that has a translational vertical degree of freedom, and that is configured to carry out an oscillation, at a predetermined frequency, between a raised position, where the glue present in the container (141) submerges the gluing element (143), and a lowered position, where the glue present in the container (141) uncovers the gluing element (143) and the log (30) can roll on said gluing element (143) for becoming wet of glue along said line (s).
