摘要： The present invention relates to a retroreflective sheet and a method of manufacturing the same, which is adapted to realize more effective retroreflection by employing the principle of glass beads. The retroreflective sheet of the invention includes a base layer having a white color; a reflective layer containing a plurality of glass beads and disposed on an upper surface of the base layer; and a protective layer disposed on an upper surface of the reflective layer. The base layer includes white pigment, and an optional softening additive. The invention is advantageous in that the retroreflective sheet can be applied to more professional fields such as advertising and fashion designs as well as to sign boards such as road sign boards. Also, the invention enables the colors of designs formed on the sheet to be clearly discriminated, thus improving the aesthetic appearance thereof, and enables the sheet to be easily printed with various kinds of inks.
