摘要： The present invention provides a porous semiconductor electrode passivated by way of a layer applied by an atomic layer deposition (ALD) process. The semiconductor electrode can be advantageously used in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs) having increase open current voltages (V oc ). By selecting the thickness and the material of the passivating or blocking layer, high V oc without substantial reduction of short circuit current (JSC) is achieved, thereby resulting in devices exhibiting excellent power conversion efficiencies.

The dyes contain novel anchoring ligands, which have a vinyl or phenylethenyl moiety incorporated in the anchoring bipyridine. Such dyes exhibit an increased molar extinction coefficient and enhanced red response in the visible regions.

摘要： The invention discloses a perovskite solar cell and a method of fabrication thereof. The perovskite solar cell sequentially comprises a transparent electrode, a mesoporous P-I-N framework and a counter electrode from the bottom to top; the mesoporous P-I-N framework is composed of an n-type semiconductor layer, an insulating layer, and a p-type semiconductor layer in a sequentially stacked mode, and the n-type semiconductor layer, the insulating layer and the p-type semiconductor layer all comprise mesopores filled with a perovskite material. The preparation method sequentially includes preparing the mesoporous P-I-N framework on a transparent conductive substrate through a spin-coating method or a screen printing method, filling with the perovskite material and preparing the counter electrode layer.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for producing a solid solar cells, comprising the steps of providing a hole collector layer, applying a conductive layer onto the hole collector layer, applying an electron blocking layer onto the conductive layer, applying a sensitizer layer onto the electron blocking layer; applying a hole blocking layer onto the sensitizer layer and providing a current collector and/or a metal layer or a conductor. The sensitizer layer comprising an organic-inorganic perovskite is applied by co-deposition of one or more sublimated divalent or trivalent salts and of one or more sublimated organic ammonium salts to obtain said organic-inorganic perovskite. The invention also relates to solid state solar cells, wherein the charges flow is inverted compared the charge flow in solar cell of conventional architecture and/or obtained by the above method.

摘要： The present invention concerns photoelectronic and/or optoelectronic learning device and/or memory device. In an embodiment, the device is a dye- sensitized solar cell. The short circuit photocurrent density (J sc ) of the device, and wherein a degree of a J sc drop, depends on how long the device is being illuminated. During a subsequent absence of illumination, J sc of the device increases in a time dependent manner. Furthermore, said degree of J sc drop depends on the number of cycles of successive illumination and absence of illumination. The device of the invention may be considered as a self-evolving hardware that translates learning into long lasting changes in electronic parameters, akin to the neuronal network in the human brain. The device of the invention mimics traits of intelligent learning through optical stimulus. Particularly, the device exhibits and memorizes variations in its electronic properties differently, depending on the duration and the repetition rate of previous light exposure.
