    • Embodiments of the present invention relate to a battery capable of detecting battery core deformation. The battery comprises: a battery core (2); a grounded encapsulation component (3); a film (4) positioned between the battery core (2) and the encapsulation component (3), a certain distance being maintained between the film (4) and the encapsulation component (3). Serial inductance wiring is arranged on the film, the resistance value of the serial inductance wiring varying according to variation in the length of the serial resistance wire. When deformation of the battery core (2) exceeds a predetermined value, the film (4) is deformed under battery core (2) pressure, bringing the serial resistance wiring into contact with the encapsulation component (3), and resulting in a certain length of the serial wiring being shorted to ground. The battery set forth in the embodiments of the present invention alerts the terminal user that battery deformation has occurred, reducing the risk of battery explosion caused by deformation and increasing battery safety.
