摘要： Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for purifying gas and a package-type filter used in the apparatus and the method, by which not only the filter (1) can be regenerated semi-permanently but also a large quantity of gas can be processed even with a small-sized construction thereof. In the method and apparatus, the filter (1) is divided into a plurality of sections at regular intervals, and one of the sections is cleaned by a cleaner while the polluted air or the exhaust gas passes through and thereby is purified by the other sections. Thereafter, the cleaner is moved from the one section to the next section, and the simultaneous cleaning and purifying are repeated. By this process, the gas is purified directly and continuously by the filter and at the same time the filter (1) is continuously cleaned.
