The first section has an increasing diameter and increasing cone angle along a direction of travel through the pipe. The tool also includes a second section axially disposed behind the first section along the direction of travel. The second section has an increasing diameter and decreasing cone angle along the direction of travel. 摘要： A tubular connection and methods of manufacturing a box member. The tubular connection includes a box member that includes an internal thread and a pin member that includes an external thread. The external thread is adapted to threadedly engage the internal thread. A substantially helical groove is formed on an outer surface of the box member. The method of manufacturing the box member includes selecting an outer diameter for a box member that causes the tool joint to have a greater than a selected bending strength ratio. A helical groove is formed on the outer diameter of the box member such that the helical groove reduces the bending strength ratio to be about the selected bending strength ratio. An internal thread is formed on an internal surface of the box member.

摘要： A positive-displacement pump (102) includes multiple pumping elements (355, 356). Each pumping element having a pressure vessel (356) with a first (372) and a second (370) chamber and a separating member (362) disposed between the first (372) and second (370) chambers. The first (372) chambers and the second (370) chambers are hydraulically connected to receive and discharge fluid, wherein the separating members (362) move within the pressure vessels (356) in response to pressure differential between the first (372) and second (370) chambers. A valve assembly (378) having suction (380) and discharge (382) valves communicates with the first (372) chambers. The suction (380) and discharge (382) valves are operable to permit fluid to alternately flow into and out of the first (372) chambers.
