    • Embodiments disclosed include fiber optic module housings used for fiber optic modules and methods for manufacture and assembly of same. The fiber optic module housings comprise at least one hinge to allow a component of the housing to be opened and closed to allow easy access to the fiber optic module housing and/or its internal chamber. The hinge may be a living hinge disposed within a single part to allow each side of the living hinge to be bent or folded. The hinge may be disposed on a panel configured to support one or more fiber optic components to allow the panel to be opened and closed about the module housing for access. The fiber optic module housing may also be entirely comprised of a single part employing the use of living hinges between foldable parts. In this manner, no sides or parts of the fiber optic module housing need be provided as separate parts.

    • A shelf for a fiber optic network device is disclosed. The shelf comprises a platform having a top side and a bottom side. The platform is adapted to removably affix to a base of an optical connection terminal having a port disposed through the base such that the platform positions above the port. The shelf includes an access opening extending through the platform from the top side to the bottom side. The access opening provides access to the port from the top side. A transition area extends from the access opening. The transition area is adapted for routing optical fibers disposed in the optical connection terminal between a space under the platform and the top side. A component area is located on the top side, and adapted for mounting a component. At least one of the optical fibers disposed in the optical connection terminal extends from the component.

    • A system and method for providing previews, such as song and video previews, to a portable media player are provided. In general, a play history for the portable media player is generated as media files are played by the portable media player and provided to a central system hosting an e- commerce service providing media content. The play history is provided to a central system either indirectly through an associated user system or directly through a network. Based on the play history, the central system selects a number of previews for the portable media player. The previews are provided to the portable media player either indirectly through the associated user system or directly through the network. The previews may then be played on the portable media player and, if desired, selected for purchase.

    • A coaxial cable connector for coupling an end of a coaxial cable to a terminal is disclosed. The connector has a coupler, a body assembled with the coupler, and a post assembled with the coupler and the body.
