    • Described herein is an apparatus and method for generating a pain score for a patient. The method includes the steps of generating a PLR response signature for each drug of a plurality of drugs and further initiating a light stimulus to the patient, and measuring a corresponding PLR response. The method includes initiating a neuro-stimulus to the patient, the neuro-stimulus being initiated over a set of frequencies, each frequency being associated with a unique intensity, and stimulating a unique nerve fiber type of the patient, and measuring a PRD response of the patient for the initiated neuro-stimulus. Further, the method includes determining, for each nerve fiber type, a threshold response based on the measured PRD, determining a weight for each threshold response based on the PLR response, and combining the determined weight for each threshold response to obtain a pain score for the patient.

    • The present disclosure is related to a method and apparatus for determining a physiologic perturbation of a patient including acquiring a video sequence, including a plurality of video frames, of an eye of a patient, selecting at least one parameter of a plurality of parameters including a baseline pupil size, a maximum change in size of a pupil, an average velocity of constriction of the pupil, a maximum velocity of constriction of the pupil, latency of constriction of the pupil, and a velocity of re-dilation of the pupil, determining, using processing circuitry and based on the plurality of video frames, the selected at least one parameter of the plurality of parameters, and determining the physiologic perturbation of the patient based on the determined at least one parameter, where the least one parameter of the plurality of parameters is selected based on which physiologic perturbation of the patient is to be determined.

    • A system and method of creating a 3 -dimensional (3D) replica of a patient's anatomy. The method includes acquiring 3D echo images of the patient's anatomy using ultrasound waves, selecting a filter that reduces noise in the 3D echo images, selecting a segmentation algorithm to segment the filtered 3D echo images, selecting at least one additional segmentation algorithm to subsequently segment the segmented 3D echo images, creating a 3D digital model, and outputting the 3D digital model as the 3D replica of the patient's anatomy. The method also includes acquiring other 3D images using MRI/CT scans, creating another 3D digital model, determining a scaling factor to scale the other 3D digital model to correspond to a size of the 3D digital model created using ultrasound waves, combining the 3D digital model and the other 3D digital model, and outputting the combined 3D digital models.
