摘要： In a monitoring system, a master device stores setting information indicating a predetermined state for detecting a target by using a sensor in a storage unit, and transmits the setting information to a camera (a baby monitoring camera or a monitoring camera) having a sensor built thereinto or correlated with a sensor so as to set a detection parameter therein. When the predetermined state set by the detection parameter is detected, the camera transmits a detection notification to the master device. When the detection notification is received from the camera, the master device transmits detection notification information to a smartphone, and the smartphone displays a detection information screen based on the detection notification information transmitted from the master device on a display/input unit.

摘要： A monitoring system includes a sensor, a monitoring camera, a power control apparatus, a master device that is connected to a fixed telephone network so as to perform calls to other fixed telephones, and a mobile phone terminal that is connected to other mobile phones via a mobile phone network. When an abnormality is detected, the sensor, the monitoring camera, or the power control apparatus transmits an abnormality detection signal to the master device. When the abnormality detection signal is received, the master device converts at least a part of the abnormality detection signal so as to generate notification information, and transmits the notification information to the mobile phone terminal. The mobile phone terminal displays a warning screen based on the notification information on the display unit.

Visible light camera (VSC) images a person (HM) or an object (WT) which is present a predetermined detection region by using reflected light. Nonvisible light sensor (NVSS) projects projection light beams (LS1, LS2) which are nonvisible light beams, for example infrared light, with predetermined wavelengths onto the same predetermined detection region as that of visible light camera (VSC). Nonvisible light sensor (NVSS) determines whether or not a specified substance is detected in a distance range in the detection region by using reflected light beams (RV1, RV2) which are reflected from an object to be detected. Detection camera (1) generates and outputs display data in which visible light camera image data captured by visible light camera (VSC) is combined with substance position image data indicating whether or not a specified substance is present in a distance range.
