    • Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented for generating action scores based on the performance of entities to determine action probabilities. One method includes an operation for accessing data comprising transactions exchanged between entities. The method further includes generating performance values for each entity based on the data, and generating, for each entity, an action score that is an indication of past performance of the entity with respect to the performance values. The method further includes receiving a request, from a user, for action probabilities regarding an event associated with a first entity, each action probability being a probability that another entity responds to the event within a predetermined time frame, determining related entities associated with the event, and determining the action probability for each entity based on the action score of the related entity. The action probabilities are presented within a graphical user interface.

    • In various example embodiments, a system and method for optimizing management of a multicast tree are disclosed. The system receives first multicast group member information, from over a network and via a first packet forwarding system, at a controller server that provides for control of a network comprised of a first virtual local area network including a first packet forwarding system, the first multicast group member information being received by the first packet forwarding system and describing a first end-host computer as joining a first multicast group on the first virtual local area network. The system generates a multicast tree, at the controller server, and communicates a network configuration message to at least one packet forwarding system of a first plurality of packet forwarding systems to enable communication of the multicast traffic for the first multicast group over a portion of the multicast tree.

    • In some embodiments, the disclosed subject matter involves using socket layers with a plurality of artificial neural networks in a machine learning system to create customizable inputs and outputs for a machine learning service. The machine learning service may include a plurality of convolutional neural networks and a plurality of pre-trained fully connected neural networks to find the best fits. In an embodiment, when the customized input or output data is not a good fit with the pre-trained artificial neural networks, a socket layer may automatically request additional convolutional layers or new training of a neural network to dynamically manage the machine learning system to accommodate the customized input or customized output.     • Systems and apparatus related to automated tightening of a footwear platform including a footwear lacing apparatus are discussed. In an example, a footwear lacing apparatus can include a housing structure, a spool, and a drive mechanism. The housing structure can include a top section and a bottom section. The spool can include a superior surface, a lace spool under the superior surface and a spool shaft with a keyed connection pin. The spool can also be integrated into the top section of the housing structure. The drive mechanism can couple with the spool via the keyed connection pin on the spool shaft. The drive mechanism can be adapted to rotate the spool to tighten or loosen a lace cable integrated into the footwear.
