摘要： An exhaust gas filter for a reflow oven is disclosed, which comprises a filter chamber, a filtering piece and a vapor chamber. An upper transverse passage is formed between the vapor chamber top plate and the filter element, a gap is formed between one side of the top plate and the sidewall of a filter chamber, and the upper transverse passage is in fluid communication with the gap; one filter chamber sidewall forming a gap with the top plate is disposed with a filter chamber air inlet for introducing air, and one of the other three sidewalls of the filter chamber is disposed with an exhaust gas inlet for introducing exhaust gas from the exhaust gas filter chamber, so that the air and the exhaust gas can enter the upper transverse passage through the gap. A vapor chamber is disposed to sufficiently mix the exhaust gas and the air, thus lowering the exhaust gas temperature below the freezing point of the rosin, and better removing the flux contaminant in the exhaust gas. Meanwhile, a slide-fitted outer casing and a filter chamber are provided, which makes it easier to disassemble and clean the filter chamber.
