The rolled product dispenser comprises a housing, a dispensing assembly operationally connected to the housing and interacting with the web of the rolled product and a cutting assembly cooperating with the dispensing assembly to sever the web of rolled product. The cutting assembly comprises at least two cutting blades, each one of the cutting blades having a first end and a second end.
