摘要： The present invention relates to a reinforced matrix impregnated with electrolytes for a molten carbonate fuel cell and a fabrication method thereof. The matrix comprising electrolytes, metals, and oxides is manufactured by pre-mixing the electrolytes required per unit cell for a molten carbonate fuel cell with the reinforcing particles including metals and oxides in slurry to prepare a matrix, and then performing a tape casting process. The invention enables convenient stack work and a simple production process, and can suppress the cracks caused by the difference in thermal expansion coefficients of an electrolyte sheet and matrix. Additionally, the invention can improve the performance and lifetime of a fuel cell by relieving thermal impact occurring during stack operation.

摘要： The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a porous metal electrode for a molten carbonate fuel cell using a dry process. According to the method of manufacturing a porous metal electrode of the present invention, in the press process for controlling the thickness of dry-cast metal powder and rearranging the dry-cast metal powder, the microstructure of the porous metal electrode can be controlled, and the uniformity of the thickness of the porous metal electrode can also be controlled. Therefore, the method of manufacturing a porous metal electrode according to the present invention can be used to manufacture both an anode and a cathode.

摘要： The steam generator for a fuel cell with dual use for heating fuel electrode gas according to the invention is configured as a single unit comprising a steam generator (100) that heats introduced water to generate steam, a steam superheater (200) that is connected to the steam generator (100) and used to supply superheat to the steam in order to elevate the temperature of the steam, and a fuel electrode gas heater (300) that is used to supply heat to the fuel electrode gas in order to elevate the temperature of the fuel electrode gas. The steam generator (100), steam superheater (200) and fuel electrode gas heater (300) are connected with an air electrode exhaust gas flow path through which the air electrode exhaust gas passes, to receive heat supply through heat exchange.

摘要： Disclosed is a molten carbonate fuel cell comprising a reinforced lithium aluminate matrix, a cathode, an anode, a cathode frame channel and an anode frame channel, wherein at least one of the cathode frame channel and the anode frame channel is filled with a lithium source. Disclosed also are a method for producing the same, and a method for supplying a lithium source. The molten carbonate fuel cell in which a lithium source is supplied to an electrode has high mechanical strength and maintains stability of electrolyte to allow long-term operation.
