Said conveying mechanism (13) is equipped with a conveying element (14) at the feeding end (E) while being at least temporarily connected to at least one metering or storage container (15, 16) of the apparatus and/or being positioned above a metering or storage container (15, 16) located within the protective gas atmosphere at the discharge end (A).
