摘要： Enhanced, specific nucleic acid targeting complexes comprising endo and exonuclease activity, and related methods that allow both targeted degradation of specific and/or non-specific nucleic acids in vivo and specific temporal regulation of nuclease activity to prevent off-target activity are disclosed herein. The pipeline inspecting apparatus moving along an external circumferential surface of a pipeline to inspect the pipeline, includes: a main frame having an arc shape having an opened portion to surround the pipeline; a main movement unit that is movably installed on the main frame, wherein the main movement unit is movably installed along a length direction of the pipeline while being in contact with the external circumferential surface of the pipeline; an auxiliary frame that has an arc shape having an opened portion to surround the pipeline and is separated from the main frame to face the main frame; an auxiliary frame adjusting unit that movably connects the auxiliary frame to the main movement unit in a circumferential direction of the pipeline; and a sensor adjusting unit that is fixed to the auxiliary frame, wherein a sensor for inspecting a state of the pipeline is installed.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling the transmission power of a base station in a wireless communication system, in which the signal-to-noise ratio for a target component carrier is calculated, and, if the signal-to-noise ratio is lower than a preset threshold value, a preset transmission power is increased or a request for reducing the transmission power is sent to a neighboring base station, to thereby recover the signal-to-noise ratio to a level higher than the threshold value. According to the present invention, inter-cell interference is prevented and channel utilization is improved in a wireless communication system, thus achieving the improved performance of the wireless communication system.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a method and apparatus for concentrating and recovering ethylene from the off-gas from an apparatus which produces gasoline, propylene and the like by fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC) of heavy oils such as atmospheric residue, generated in a crude oil refining process. The method and apparatus can reduce the amount of ethylene rinse in the subsequent ethylene displacement desorption process by increasing the ethylene purity of a raw material gas and reducing the concentration of weakly adsorbing components in the raw material gas and can reduce the loss of a desorbent during a distillation process for separating the desorbent from the weakly adsorbing components. Thus, according to the present invention, ethylene can be recovered from the off-gas from fluidized catalytic cracking of heavy oils at high concentration and low cost.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a method and apparatus for concentrating and recovering ethylene from the off-gas from an apparatus which produces gasoline, propylene and the like by fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC) of heavy oils such as atmospheric residue, generated in a crude oil refining process. 摘要： The present invention relates to substances which can be applied to the technical fields of gas storages, polymerization catalysts and optical isomers, their intermediates, and processes for preparing the same, which is characterized in that 1) possible disintegration of structure of the scaffold material (SM) is impeded, and 2) they are prepared by a simple manufacturing system as compared to the substances conventionally suggested in the application field. Specifically, it relates to scaffold material-transition metal hydride complexes comprised of scaffold material (SM) and transition metal hydride (M 1 H (n-1) ) which is chemically bonded to the functional groups formed on the scaffold material, SM-transition metal halide complex and SM-transition metal ligand complex as the precursors, and a process for preparing the same. The SM-transition metal hydride complex according to the present invention is a substance for hydrogen storage which adsorbs hydrogen via Kubas adsorption. The complex according to the invention can store high capacity of hydrogen with safety and reversibility, while disintegration of its structure does not occur even with repeated adsorption-desorption of hydrogen.
