摘要： The invention concerns a multi-component syringe with a glass barrel (10) and suitable for use as a pre-filled unit. On the outside of the glass barrel (10) is a gripping plate (12). At the other end of the barrel from the gripping plate is a cap (20) with an adapter (23) for medical needles. The needle adapter (23) is sealed off by a closure element (24). At the other end of the barrel chamber from the cap (20) is a stopper (30). The cap (20) surrounds a glass element (22) which is attached to the cylindrical glass barrel (10) by means of an integral cap adapter, the glass element (22) forming part of the cap (20). In addition, a spring element (41) is located between the stopper (30) and the end-stop at the plunger-rod end of the barrel. The use of glass as the material for the syringe barrel ensures a low-distortion, gastight construction which is resistant to sterilization. The spring element (41) enables the stopper (30) to give when the contents of the syringe expand on warming, thus avoiding any risk of the syringe barrel (10) bursting.

摘要： The invention concerns compounds which are effective anti-epileptica but have only a low sedative or teratogenic action and which have formulae (I), (II), (III) or (IV), the compounds of formulae (I) and (II) may also have multiple unsaturated bonds, R1, R2, R3 and R4, independently of each other, being hydrogen or a C1 to C6 alkyl group and R5 being hydrogen or a C1 to C2 alkyl group. In compounds of formulae (I) and (II), at least one of the groups R1 to R4 is different from hydrogen. The compounds of formula (I), when the carbon atom at the 2-position is at a centre of asymmetry, and the compounds of formulae (II), (III) and (IV) are in the form of their racemate, pure enantiomers or a mixture of their enantiomers different from the racemate. The invention also concerns pharmaceutically tolerated salts of these compounds.
