摘要： A multiple dwelling house interphone system includes a collective entrance machine and a dwelling room master device. Each automatic door requires an unlock operation to pass through for proceeding to each area, and a part of the areas are occupied by facilities other than dwelling units. The collective entrance machine includes a card information input section, and the automatic doors each include an unlock operation section for unlocking using the card medium. The collective entrance machine further includes a card authentication section, an unlocking door storage section, and a card information storage section. The card authentication section permits the unlocking by the card medium when the information input to the card information input section matches the information registered in the card information storage section. The permitted card medium enables unlocking the automatic door stored in the unlocking door storage section in association with the information of the card medium.

摘要： A doorbell system can be used to block a first electricity that is less than a first threshold from entering an electronic chime. By blocking the first electricity from entering the electronic chime, the electronic chime is not allowed to emit a notification sound. The doorbell system can also be used to allow a second electricity that is greater than the first threshold to enter the electronic chime. By allowing the second electricity to enter the electronic chime, this can allow the electronic chime to emit a notification sound in response to a visitor being present.

The invisible intercom and access method may include receiving via an invisible intercom and access apparatus a phone call from a visitor device using a specific phone number provided to a visitor at one or more access point of a building or property; connecting via the invisible intercom and access apparatus the phone call to one or more APoC device; recognizing via the invisible intercom and access apparatus tones of a code input by the one or more APoC device; and controlling the one or more third party device in response to the recognizing of the tones.

摘要： Techniques are described for enabling a service administrator to respond to a detected doorbell press at a property when an authorized user is unavailable to respond. In some implementations, a determination that a doorbell press has been detected at a property is made. Video data collected by a doorbell device of the property is obtained in response to determining that the doorbell press has been detected at the property. Sensor data collected by one or more sensors of a monitoring system located within the property is obtained in response to determining that the doorbell press has been detected at the property. A present security risk for the property is determined based at least on the obtained sensor data and the obtained video data. A communication session between the doorbell device and a server system associated with the monitoring system of the property is established in response to determining the present security risk for the property.

The method includes receiving, from the second intercom, a gain adjustment value associated with the first keypanel and the remote keypanel and applying an adjusted trunk gain value to the first crosspoint based on the gain adjustment value.

摘要： A smart doorbell system suitable for installation within an existing conventional doorbell system is provided which controls the flow of current without any leakage using one single pole dual throw switch selecting between the doorbell chime and a bypass. By presenting current from passing through the existing chime during normal operation, the smart doorbell can be powered at almost all times using the home’s existing transformer. Only when the smart doorbell’s button is pressed will the current be temporarily diverted to the existing chime so as to enable it to emit the desired notification sound. A small battery can provide power to the smart doorbell during the few brief periods when the doorbell is powered and thus no power is provided to the smart doorbell from the home’s transformer.
