摘要： A high-voltage circuit breaker includes a first compartment with SF6 under pressure having stationary and movable contacts therein, and a second sealed compartment housing having an operating mechanism with a pneumatic jack actuated by the gas contained in the first compartment via closing and opening valves. The second sealed enclosure is at low pressure playing the role of expansion volume of the gas expelled from the jack at the end of travel of the piston. The gas pressure in the jack is controlled by means of a control device sensitive to the temperature variation of the gas under pressure in the first compartment.

The blow-out attenuator is composed of two telescopically interlocking sub-members. The one sub-member is fixedly arranged, while the other sub-member rests with a sealing surface on a mouth surface of the arc quenching chamber. Due to the two-part design of the blow-out attenuator, the switching-gas pressure improves the sealing action between the arc quenching chambers and the blow-out attenuator.

For each phase, the circuit breaker includes one power arcing chamber pole per phase which are accommodated together in a common circuit breaker housing, and which have at least two connecting outputs per phase. The circuit breaker housing has a number, corresponding to the number of arcing chamber poles of chambers open at their front ends, in which the arcing chamber poles are arranged. The open front ends of the chambers are each respectively closed by means a corresponding dome-like lid covering the corresponding front ends so that a gas link between the individual chambers is provided for via the connection spaces created by the lids.

摘要： The invention teaches the use of a shock-resisting non-gasabsorptive plate of insulating material mounted on the internal tank walls of an oil circuit-breaker, and centered on the current-interrupter vents. Resilient rubber insulators are used in resiliently mounting the shock-resisting plate to absorb the shock forces exerted by the ionized gas products striking the shield. The insulating barrier is permitted to resiliently move to accommodate short-duration pressure differences on the front and rear faces thereof, thus avoiding damaging deflections of the plate.
