摘要： An apparatus, system, and method for tapping and reinforcing a valve of a liner lined host pipe with a fitting device assembly that includes a service sleeve having a flange, a cylindrical body, and an engaging end and a reinforcing sleeve having a flange, a cylindrical body, an engaging end having at least one annular ratchets configured to engage with the engaging end of the service sleeve in order to secure the service sleeve and the reinforcing sleeve together, and a plurality of cutouts in the cylindrical body. A cork assembly that includes the service sleeve and a cork having at least one radial appendage is inserted into the valve, then the host pipe is lined with a liner. The cork assembly is the located, and the cork is removed from the cork assembly. The reinforcing sleeve is then installed into the service sleeve in the valve.

摘要： A pipe element includes a pipe made of fiber-reinforced plastic and at least one metal connector, which is connected to the pipe in such a way that the connection can transmit torques and axial forces. The metal connector has a thread, in particular a conical thread, or a flange, by way of which thread or flange the metal connector can be screwed to another metal connector of an additional pipe element in order to connect two pipe elements. The metal connector surrounds the pipe on the outside by way of a connection region. A counter sleeve is present, which has contact with the inside of the pipe by way of a connection region. The metal connector and the counter sleeve each have a cylindrical thread, by way of which the metal connector and the counter sleeve are screwed to each other.

摘要： A method of manufacturing at least one flange by first rotating a tubular element and two sheet elements with respect to one another until a radially enlarged portion and adjacent hub section have been formed on the tubular element. The sheet element is impregnated by a thermosetting resin. When the resin has cured, the radially enlarged portion is cut along a cut line, thereby also dividing the tubular element in two parts and generating at least a first flange having a first flange section and a first hub section. Optionally, a second flange having a second flange section and a second hub section, is generated. In a preferred embodiment, the cut line is arranged in the middle of the radially enlarged portion, whereby two similar flanges are generated.

摘要： The present disclosure generally relates to improved water closet flanges and methods for installing such water closet flanges. In one exemplary embodiment, an improved water closet flange apparatus includes an outer flange and a flexible conduit portion (i.e. sleeve) extending downwardly therefrom. The flexible sleeve has a sufficient degree of flexibility to accommodate connection between offset, misaligned, angled, or otherwise incongruous plumbing fixture discharges and waste drain pipe outlets. In one embodiment, the flexible sleeve includes at least one corrugated portion to aid the desired flexibility. An upper portion of the flexible sleeve may include an inwardly extending lip portion to accommodate the desired seal between the plumbing fixture discharge and the flange apparatus. Related methods for installing the disclosed flange apparatus between plumbing fixture discharges and waste drainpipes are also described.

It includes a vertical eduction tube and a unitary transition flange member having a first flange for connection of the assembly to an attachment flange associated with the vessel and a second flange to receive a connected hose flange. A single segmented ring with multi-directional capability is disposed between the flanges and receives securement elements to accomplish both connections. Bolts are used for one connection, upstanding threaded studs secured to the segmented ring are used for the other.
