摘要： A ball screw drive for an actuator assembly of a vehicle brake is disclosed, comprising a rotatably mounted ball screw shaft on which a ball nut, which is open axially on one side, is mounted, wherein at least one thread is formed on a circumferential face of the ball screw shaft and a corresponding thread is formed on an inner face of the ball nut, wherein a large number of balls is guided in the threads in such a way that rotation of the ball screw shaft causes axial displacement of the ball nut along an axis of rotation of the ball screw shaft. The ball nut has a corrosion protection coating on an exterior thereof, at least on an end face thereof and in a region of a circumferential wall adjacent to the end face. A method for producing a ball screw drive is disclosed.

A nut includes a first end surface, a first opening portion, and a first stopper. The piston includes a piston body, a cylindrical portion having a cylindrical shape, protruding in a second direction from a central portion of an opposite surface, and fitted into the male spline portion, and a second stopper protruding in the second direction from the opposite surface. The first stopper and the second stopper abut on each other and form the rotation stopper when the screw shaft is at an initial position. The step surface is arranged in the second direction compared to the first opening portion and is located inside the nut when the screw shaft is at the initial position.

摘要： An apparatus for use in turning steerable vehicle wheels includes a rotatable shaft that is rotatable relative to the vehicle to effect turning movement of the steerable vehicle wheels. A ball nut assembly is connected with an externally threaded portion of the rotatable shaft. The ball nut assembly moves axially relative to the rotatable shaft upon rotation of the rotatable shaft relative to the ball nut assembly. A steering member is connected to the ball nut assembly and at least one steerable vehicle wheel. The steering member moves with the ball nut assembly relative to the shaft. An electrical motor is connected with the rotatable shaft. The motor is operable to effect rotation of the rotatable shaft relative to the ball nut assembly to turn the steerable vehicle wheels.

摘要： A planetary roller screw drive for a steering actuator includes a screw spindle and a planetary roller assembly arranged thereon. The planetary roller assembly includes a roller body, planetary rollers arranged between the screw spindle and the roller body and which mesh with the screw spindle and with the roller body. 摘要： There is provided a ball screw mechanism for which a return of a sphere, such as a conventional circulating ball screw, need not to be considered, and that can prevent vibration and noise and avoid an increase in heat by ensuring smooth movement of a sphere without causing ball jam or the like of a sphere on a screw shaft. Each inner ring 6 is rotatably disposed about rotation axes N1 to N4 orthogonal to a rotation axis O of the screw shaft 2. The spheres 4 are arranged, each in contact with the contact surface 5a of each of the ball bearings 5, at regular intervals adjacent to each other in the spiral groove 2a of the screw shaft 2.
