摘要： A gas pressure spring is provided including a working cylinder which, together with a slidably mounted compensating piston, encloses a working chamber filled with a working medium. A slidably mounted working piston is fastened to a working rod. In the event of a temperature increase, a compensating medium in a compensating chamber expands. The compensating piston is acted upon by the pressure of the working medium and the pressure of the compensating medium) such that the volume of the working chamber is increased. The temperature dependency of the gas spring force should be reduced by a design which is as simple as possible. For this purpose, the compensating chamber is at least partially surrounded by the working rod. Thus, the compensating medium can be compactly accommodated, and the assembly of the gas spring is simplified.

摘要： A shock absorber includes a housing and an end wall slidably disposed within the housing. The end wall and the housing cooperate to define at least a portion of a cavity within the housing. The cavity is filled with a fluid, and a piston is slidably disposed within the cavity. Movement of the piston within the cavity compresses the fluid to provide a spring force. The shock absorber further includes a compensator coupled to the end wall. The compensator positions the end wall within the housing to change a volume of the cavity in response to a change in a temperature of a first element of the compensator.

A damping device assigned to the piston comprises at least one damping valve having at least one piston channel, which passes through the piston, connecting the two operating chambers of the cylinder, and a closure element assigned to the piston channel. 摘要： A damper system for a vehicle is provided that includes a pressure tube and a piston assembly separating the pressure tube into first and second working chambers. A frequency dependent damper assembly, coupled to a piston rod at a position below the piston assembly, includes a plunger sleeve that is longitudinally moveable to transmit an adaptive force to a first valve assembly mounted to the piston assembly. The frequency dependent damper assembly includes first and second accumulation chambers that are separated by a floating piston. A second valve assembly, carried on the floating piston, controls fluid flow between the second accumulation chamber and the second working chamber. A bleed channel in the floating piston allows fluid flow between the first and second accumulation chambers, which reduces the adaptive force the plunger sleeve applies to the first valve assembly during high frequency, low velocity rebound inputs.

摘要： The disclosure relates to a damper device comprising a cylinder, a piston bearing on one side of the cylinder, a piston rod displaceably received by the piston bearing, and a bottom unit on another side of the cylinder. The cylinder, the piston bearing and the bottom unit form a closed chamber that is filled with a compressible liquid. The piston rod subdivides the chamber into first and second chamber halves between which the liquid can be displaced if the piston rod is displaced relative to the cylinder. Furthermore, the closed chamber provides for a variable volume so as to compensate temperature-induced pressure fluctuations inside the closed chamber.

摘要： Embodiments of a fluid damper are provided, as are embodiments of an Auxiliary Power Unit inlet system including a fluid damper. In one embodiment, the fluid damper includes a housing assembly containing first and second hydraulic chambers, which are fluidly coupled by way of a flow passage. A plunger is slidably disposed within the housing assembly and is moves through a range of translational positions in response to variations in damping fluid pressure when the fluid damper is filled with damping fluid. An annulus or other restricted flow path is fluidly coupled between the first and second hydraulic chambers and is at least partially defined by the flow passage and the plunger. The restricted flow path has at least one dimension, such as a length, that varies in conjunction with the translational position of the plunger.
