摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an SBR composition for a torsional damper in which the SBR composition has a good physical property balance of high load-bearing properties, low CS properties, and the kneadability and roll processability of a rubber material, and to provide a torsional damper. The object is achieved in such a manner that the SBR composition for the torsional damper comprises at least: (a) an SBR polymer having a combined styrene content of 10 wt % to 50 wt %; (b) carbon black comprising FEF grade carbon black and HAF grade carbon black blended at a ratio of FEF:HAF=1:3 to 3:1; (c) a crosslinking system including sulfur, a sulfur-donating compound, and an organic peroxide compound; and (d) a co-crosslinking agent, wherein 60 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the carbon black as total parts by weight of the FEF grade carbon black and the HAF grade carbon black is blended based on 100 parts by weight of the SBR polymer, 0.4 part by weight to 2.5 parts by weight of the sulfur is blended based on 100 parts by weight of the SBR polymer, the sulfur-donating compound is blended at 0.625 time to 12.5 times the blending amount of the sulfur, the organic peroxide compound is blended at 1.25 times to 12.5 times the blending amount of the sulfur, and 4 parts by weight to 16 parts by weight of the co-crosslinking agent is blended based on 100 parts by weight of the SBR polymer.

摘要： A balancer, attachable via its attaching portion to a rotatable body, and rotatable together therewith about its rotation axis, includes: weights of same mass and shape; and a weight holder with storage chambers for housing the weights, respectively, such that the weights can oscillate in arbitrary directions. The weight is shaped similar to and smaller than the chamber. The chamber is a cylindrical space extending alongside its central axis; and has concave curved ends perpendicular to the central axis. Midpoints of the central axes of the chambers are contact points on a circumference of a circle having the rotation axis as its center and being on an arbitrary plane perpendicular to the rotation axis; and are positioned so that they create a rotational symmetry around the rotation axis. The balancer can correct dynamic imbalance in rotatable bodies, such as machine tools, at both low-speeds and high-speeds of rotation.

The fixture includes at least one mounting feature configured to secure a workpiece to be machined to the fixture and the enclosed channel circumscribes the rotational axis. The enclosed channel may also be configured to contain a balancing substance that is freely movable within the enclosed channel.

摘要： Disclosed is a ball balancer that increases a rate of balls in ball detention portions and restricts aggravation of unbalance caused by balls outside of the ball detention portions. When a rotation speed of a rotator is less than a first rotation speed, the ball detention portion allows the ball moved from a rolling face to be detained therein and to allow the ball therein to come into contact with the released ball outside thereof to prevent separation of the released ball from the rolling face. Anti-separation portions are provided to come into contact with the released balls outside of the ball detention portions to prevent separation of the released balls from the rolling face. When the rotation speed is greater than the first rotation speed, the ball detention portion allows separation of the ball therein to the rolling face by centrifugal force applied thereto.
