摘要： A filament drawing apparatus has a support, at least two pairs of rollers spaced apart on the support in a travel direction so that a filament to be drawn passes in the direction between the rollers of both pairs, and a drive having at least two output shafts and including a transmission for rotating the shafts at different speeds. One of the shafts is connected to one of the roller pairs and the other roller pair is displaceable on the support in the travel direction relative to the one roller pair. An input gear is mounted on the other output shaft and an output gear is mounted on one of the rollers of the other roller pair and is displaceable therewith in the direction. An input link has one end pivoted at the other output shaft and an opposite end and an output link has one end pivoted at the one roller of the other roller pair and has an opposite end pivoted on the opposite end of the input link. An intermediate gear pivoted on the opposite ends meshes with and interconnects the input and output gears. Thus rotation of the other output shaft is transmitted from the input gear through the intermediate gear and output gear to the one roller of the other roller pair.

摘要： The present invention concerns a method for processing a fiber sliver in a drafting arrangement, and a drafting arrangement for implementing the method. The objective for a drafting arrangement, which can be adapted to a wide range of staple lengths, to draft a fiber sliver at high speeds, has led to the following features of the invention:(a) The fiber sliver is deflected simultaneously in the drafting process systematically in such a manner that, the fiber sliver can be inserted into the subsequently arranged funnel and the subsequently arranged pair of calender rolls without further deflection.(b) All bottom rolls are fixedly arranged.(c) The first pressure rolls limiting the pre-drafting zone and the main drafting zone, respectively, are arranged to be shiftable along an arc about the rotational axis of the corresponding bottom roll in such a manner that the drafting zones are adaptable to the fiber length.In order to position these pressure rolls accurately in parallelism with respect to the corresponding bottom roll on the arc, there are provided arresting devices co-axially arranged with respect to the arc for taking-up bearing block pairs supporting the pressure rolls.(d) All pressure rolls as well as the pressure roll mounted on a double arm are jointly pivotable from a lifted-off threading-in position to a working position and vice versa.

摘要： The invention discloses a method of dynamically configuring linear density and blending ratio of yarn by two-ingredient asynchronous/synchronous drafted, comprising: a drafting and twisting system, which includes a first stage drafting unit, a successive second stage drafting unit and an integrating and twisting unit. The first stage drafting unit includes a combination of back rollers and a middle roller. The second stage drafting unit includes a front roller and the middle roller. Blending proportion and linear densities of the two ingredients are dynamically adjusted by the first stage asynchronous drafting mechanism, and reference linear density is adjusted by the second stage synchronous drafting mechanism. The invention can not only accurately control linear density change, but also accurately control color change of the yarn. Further, the rotation rate of the middle roller is constant, ensuring a reproducibility of the patterns and colors of the yarn with a changing linear density.
